PARTICIPATION FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The participation fee including leisure activities amounts to EUR 165.00.This includes dinner on both Thursday and Friday evening and Saturday's canal tour and lunch.
Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the participation fee.
Hotel
The AEEC Conference 2019 has a block reservation for the conference participants at Hotel 71 Nyhavn from Thursday, 10 October – Saturday, 12 October 2019. The hotel is located in the centre of Copenhagen and within walking distance from all the restaurants included in the programme. From the hotel there is also easy access to public transportation (bus) to Horten Law Firm where the conference is held.
Available rooms:
Executive Single – 1,650 DKK per night
Executive Double – 1,850 DKK per night.

The rooms can be booked up until 15 September 2019, and thereafter all rooms and prices are on request.
