Smarter Collaboration - New book and debate

Notice: Speeches will be held in English

Come join us to meet Harvard Law School Professor Dr. Heidi K. Gardner and discuss (and debate) her new book, A New Approach to Breaking Down Barriers and Transforming Work.

In a short presentation, Dr. Gardner will share key research findings and insights from the book. This will be followed by a debate about how these insights and collaboration ideas can be applied to real work environments and the top global challenges companies are facing–including sustainability requirements.

Dr. Gardner and Horten Managing Partner Christian Gregersen will explore a number of issues, including:

  • How can smarter collaboration prepare us for massive societal changes, like the next industrial revolution?
  • How can smarter collaboration give us a competitive edge, particularly when consumer trends, green transition, ESG regulations, investor behavior, and employee preferences will fundamentally change company frameworks? How can we be the first to come up with sustainable solutions?
